Mapartiepadel doesn't use passwords. You sign in with a link sent to your email.

1. 1Go to the Sign-in page.
2. 2Enter your email and click "Send me a link".
3. 3Open your inbox (check spam just in case) and click the sign-in button.
4. 4You land directly on your profile to complete your info on your first visit.

💡 Tip — The magic link is valid for 24 hours. If you wait too long, just request another one.

On first sign-in, you're redirected to your profile. It's split into collapsible sections (Identity, Game preferences, Location, Notifications) — all open during onboarding.

1. 1Identity: first name (shown to others), photo, gender, date of birth (optional).
2. 2Skill level (Playtomic scale 1.0 → 7.0): the vertical wheel lets you pick half-level precision. The "Notice" describes each tier.
3. 3Preferred side: Left / Right / Either. Shown on your public player profile to help build a balanced team.
4. 4Bio (optional, 280 characters): a few words on your style, availability.
5. 5{paymentMethod} phone number (optional): useful if you organise paid matches.
6. 6Home club + radius: enables nearby-match notifications.

💡 Tip — You can edit these info at any time from the menu at the top right. Other players see a public version of your profile at /players/[id].

You organise and you're automatically registered in seat 1. You can pre-reserve the other 3 seats at creation — registered players or external guests.

1. 1From the match list, tap "New match" (green button or floating + on mobile).
2. 2Pick date and time via the swipeable picker (15 days, hour wheel, 4-minute steps).
3. 3Pick duration: 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
4. 4Pick the club: if you allowed location, nearby clubs appear automatically. Otherwise type city + name.
5. 5If your club isn't there yet, add it via the button that appears.
6. 6"Other seats" block: fill 1 to 3 seats. For each slot, pick "Registered player" (autocomplete) or "Guest" (first name + phone).
7. 7Pick the level range (min wheel + max wheel).
8. 8Pick the match type: Mixed, Men or Women only.
9. 9Optional: price per player, notes, then "Create the match".

💡 Tip — Registered players you pre-add receive an email + push notification immediately. Guests free up a seat automatically if you remove them.

On the home page you see every upcoming match. Tap a card to see the details.

1. 1On the match page, check it fits you (level, place, time, type).
2. 2Tap "Join match" at the bottom. You take the first free seat.
3. 3If the match is full, you join the waitlist automatically.
4. 4If someone leaves, the first on the waitlist takes the seat and gets email + push.
5. 5To leave, go back to the match and tap "Leave match".

💡 Tip — On the home, each card shows the 4 seats with avatars, level and preferred side of every player. Matches you're in get a green date band and an "Inscrit" badge.

The "Upcoming matches" page has two modes: List (default) and Monthly calendar. The toggle on top switches between them.

1. 1Calendar mode: month grid with a counter on every day that has matches.
2. 2Tap a day to see its matches listed below + a "Create a match this day" button that pre-fills the date.
3. 3On mobile: swipe left/right on the grid to change months (or use the arrows).
4. 4Quick filters (both modes): Date (All / Today / Tomorrow / This week), Level (All / My level), Club (dropdown of clubs with active matches).
5. 5The "Clear" button resets all filters.

💡 Tip — Your view choice (List or Calendar) is remembered in your browser between visits.

The list is first sorted by distance from your home club. You can switch to real-time geolocation.

1. 1On the home, look for the small "Sorted by distance from your home club" line.
2. 2Tap the "Sort by my position" button on the right.
3. 3Allow geolocation (only the first time).
4. 4Matches re-sort instantly by real distance, and each card shows the km.
5. 5To revert to home-club sorting, tap "Back to home club".

💡 Tip — You can also tick "Use my GPS position" in your profile to enable this sort automatically on every visit.

No money passes through the app for matches. It's a simple tracker for who owes, who has paid.

1. 1The organiser paid the court reservation. Others owe them their share.
2. 2On the match page, every slot shows a green "Pay €X" button.
3. 3When you tap it: you see the organiser's {paymentMethod} number, copyable in one tap.
4. 4You send the transfer via your banking app (instant, free).
5. 5Back on the match, tap "I paid via {paymentMethod}".
6. 6Your status turns green ({paymentMethod}) or amber (Cash) depending on choice.
7. 7The organiser can also mark a player as paid manually.

💡 Tip — If the organiser hasn't set a {paymentMethod} number, pay cash on match day.

Get notified as soon as a match matching your level is created near you — by email AND push on your phone.

1. 1Go to your profile, "Notifications & search" section.
2. 2Pick a home club (GPS anchor for emails).
3. 3Pick a radius: 10, 25, 50 or 100 km. This radius also filters the match list.
4. 4Enable "Push notifications" and allow your browser (once per device).
5. 5Check your level is correct.
6. 6Tap "Save".

💡 Tip — The app notifies for matches within ±1.0 level of yours. A "mixed" match goes to everyone, "men only" only to men (and vice versa). You also get a push when an organiser registers you or a seat opens up.

Recruit players from your WhatsApp group in one tap. The message already contains everything: date, club, level, seats, price, link and roster.

1. 1On a match card (or the detail page), tap the green WhatsApp icon.
2. 2On mobile: pick WhatsApp from the native share sheet (or WhatsApp opens directly).
3. 3On desktop: WhatsApp Web opens with a pre-filled message.
4. 4Drop it in your group and tap "Send".

💡 Tip — The message includes the full list of players already registered (with level and preferred side) — useful to show there's still room and convince others.

Sell your gear (rackets, bags, clothes) or offer coaching to the community. Some categories are free, others paid (Stripe secured).

1. 1From the menu, go to "Classifieds" then "Post a listing".
2. 2Pick the category first — the price banner adapts (free / paid / monthly quota).
3. 3Fill title (3 chars min) and description (10 chars min) — the "Save draft" button activates as soon as the minimums are met.
4. 4Add up to 5 photos (automatically resized).
5. 5Set price, city, contact email/phone (otherwise your account ones are used).
6. 6Tap "Publish": if free, it goes live immediately. Otherwise, redirect to Stripe for payment.

💡 Tip — Listings expire automatically after 30 days. You can edit or mark them "Sold" from "My classifieds".

Rather than email, chat live from the listing page. Private between the two parties.

1. 1On a listing page, find the "Chat with X" section at the bottom.
2. 2Type your message and tap "Send" (or ⌘/Ctrl + Enter).
3. 3The seller receives your question and can reply from their own view.
4. 4If you're the seller, you see the list of every buyer who messaged you, each with an unread counter.
5. 5The counter disappears as soon as you open the conversation.

💡 Tip — On "My classifieds", a red badge shows the unread message count per listing — useful to not miss a follow-up.
