Frequently asked questions
I don't have a smart lock, can I still use online booking?▾
Yes! The lock module is optional. You can run booking + payment without a smart lock — just send the access code manually, or keep your existing physical system. Add the lock later when you're ready.
And if a player doesn't pay, who covers it?▾
All bookings are paid BEFORE confirmation — no payment = no booking. Stripe validates the card, charges it, and locks the slot. You never have unpaid risk.
How do we onboard our existing players?▾
You can import a CSV list of members (email + level + rate), or let them create their own account (shared link). No migration required — each player signs up in 30 seconds.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
All cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact (BE), iDEAL (NL), SEPA. Player picks what they prefer, we handle the rest.
Is there a contract / commitment?▾
None. You can leave anytime, your club page stays, your data is yours. We bill monthly, never forced yearly.
