Privacy policy

In short

We only collect what is necessary to operate the service. No data is sold, no behavioural advertising, no third-party trackers. You can delete your account (and all associated data) at any time.

Data collected on your account

• Email — magic-link sign-in, match notifications, "nearby match" alerts, service communications.
• First name / nickname — shown to other players on matches and on your public player profile.
• Skill level (Playtomic scale 1.0 → 7.0) — used for matchmaking and match filtering.
• Gender (male / female / other) — used for the "men only" / "women only" filters.
• Preferred side (left / right / either) — shown on your player profile to help others build a balanced team.
• Date of birth (optional) — used to calculate and display your age on your player profile. Your exact birth date is never shared.
• Bio (optional, 280 characters max) — free text you write to introduce yourself; shown on your public player profile.
• Profile picture (optional) — shown on your matches and player profile. You can delete it at any time.

• Home club + notification radius (optional) — to receive emails and push notifications for nearby matches.
• GPS position — used locally in the browser to sort matches by real distance. Cached in your browser (1 h), never transmitted to our servers.

Push notifications (Web Push)

If you enable push notifications from your profile, your browser provides a subscription endpoint and two cryptographic keys (p256dh, auth) that we store to send you notifications. You can revoke them at any time via your browser settings. We only send service notifications (matches created in your radius, spot freed up, message from a buyer on a listing…).

Match-related data

• Confidentialite.matchData.items.0
• Messages in match chat — visible only to players registered on that specific match.
• Guests added by organisers — when an organiser reserves a seat for a guest (first name + optional phone), this information is visible to other players on the match. If you are an organiser, you are responsible for the consent of the people you register.
• Buyer/seller chat on classifieds — private between the two parties, stored as long as your account exists.

Classifieds

When you publish a classified, its content (title, description, price, city, photos) becomes public to other signed-in members. Messages exchanged with a buyer or seller through the built-in messaging are private (visible only to the two parties of the conversation and stored as long as your account exists).

Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies to operate authentication (session, CSRF). No third-party cookies, no advertising trackers, no behavioural analytics tools. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment pages, which is beyond our control.

Hosting and location

Your data is hosted on servers located within the European Union (Hostinger). Transactional emails are sent via the SMTP provider Yulpa (France). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland).

Retention period

Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active. Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be automatically deleted, after a notification by email. Expired classifieds and the messages tied to them remain in the database for 3 months after expiration, then are erased.
