The padel club database used by Mapartiepadel aggregates several sources under open licences:

• OpenStreetMap — ODbL Licence. OpenStreetMap contributors.
• French Sports Facilities Census (Data ES) — French Ministry of Sports, under Open Licence 2.0 (Etalab).

Users may also add missing clubs; that data is then made available to the site community.
